Our Clubs

Before & After School Clubs, PE lessons and full day 'exploration' sessions.

We offer a variety of active and fun clubs to schools and groups. Each session is run by a qualified and experienced instructor and is tailored to meet the needs of all participants.

Swimming Lessons

1:1 & 2:1 swimming lessons for non-swimmers, beginners and improvers

Improve faster with 1:1 or 2:1 swimming lessons for children or adults at Holiday Inn (Hall Road).

Bounce Kids

Bounce Kids is a fun, high-energy after school club that uses mini trampolines (rebounders) to improve and develop children's fitness, co-ordination and balance.

Throughout the sessions, we will learn about rhythm and movement on the trampolines, learn dance routines to a variety of funky pop songs, learn about what our bodies can do, play games and have lots of bouncing fun.

Yoga Kids

Yoga Kids brings an understanding of the body and what it can do.

Yoga Kids helps improve and develop fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. It also builds self-esteem and promotes teamwork. Yoga Kids is specifically targeted to children and incorporates games and challenges that are fun, engaging and active.

Boxercise Kids

Boxercise Kids is based around the moves of boxing and kick boxing. This club teaches children the basic moves with a fitness focus.

Boxercise Kids is non-contact and non-competitive. Children are taught to use boxing gloves, pads and punch bags to develop their skills with a focus on control, respect and mindfulness. This class does not require any previous skills or experience.

Zumba Kids

Zumba Kids feature fun, kid-friendly dance routines and choreography.

Zumba Kids helps children to be healthy and active while improving and developing their fitness, co-ordination, balance, and rhythm and movement skills.

We breakdown the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration. 

Fit Kids

Fit Kids is a fun, active after school club. Your children will enjoy a variety of team games, sports and challenges to develop their strength, stamina and fitness.

Children will improve their throwing, catching, running and jumping skills Each week will have a different focus and incorporate new skills.

Bootcamp Kids

Your children will enjoy a variety of team games and challenges to develop their strength, stamina and fitness.

Each week will have a different focus and incorporate new skills. Weather permitting, sessions will take place outside.

Multi-Sports

Children will improve their throwing, catching, running and jumping skills.  Each week will have a different focus and incorporate new skills.

Multi-sports is a fun, active after school club. Your children will enjoy a variety of team games, sports and challenges to develop their strength, stamina and fitness.
